Histopathological examination showed the pancreatic parenchyma with dense infiltration of medium-sized lymphoid cells accompanied by follicle formation (a, b). Immunohistochemical examination revealed that the medium-sized lymphoid cells in the germinal centers were positive for CD20 (c) and bcl-2 protein and negative for CD79a, CD3 and AE1/AE3. Lymphoepithelial lesions (d) were recognized.
